Correct Size Slide-Topper for 70" Long Slide-Out
Question:
OK, all my readings say for the fabric to be minimum 2 1/2 inches out side the box both sides. The topper for my box is 73, LCV000165063 while my flange to flange measures 70, not wide enough it seems. Size up is 79inch LCV000168105, making it 4 1/2 over both sides. Is that too much over? Which is the one to use?

I checked with Lippert and the correct Solera RV Slide-Out Awning for a 70" slide-out is part # LCV000165063 for black and part # LCV000163279 for white. The next size up won't work as the extension rods would not reach the hex brackets. The awning fabric just needs to cover the slide-out per Lippets latest instructions for awning selection, a few inches over would be ideal.
