Do Titan Tire Chains # TC2533 Fit 2017 Ford F-250 with Tire Size 275/70R18

Question:

Hi, I am looking for tire chains for my 2017 F-250 LT275/70R18. Looking thru the FAQ’s etc… I have seen staff recommendations for the: Glacier V-Trac Cables part # PW2114V  Which I cannot find on the website. The F250 manual says to use class S chains. The only two that show up for the 2017 F250 in my tire size as S compatible are the PW3029C and TC3029 If I, UN, “S compatibility” The TC2533 and others show up as options. The TC2533 is shown in a featured product video for the 2017 F250. A number of the others are pictured on F-250’s. My understanding is the class S recommendation is because of possible clearance issues. However, my truck doesn’t seem to have a lack of clearance that I can see. Can the chains such as the TC2533 be use on my 2017 F250 LT275/70R18? Are there particulars that I need to check to ensure their safe usage on my truck? Thank you,

The Class S designation on tire chains does signify that it's a low clearance chain setup. We normally recommend sticking with the owners manual requirements for chains but we did have the chance to install the Titan set part # TC2533 on a similar F-250 as your 2017 model and we did find there was plenty of clearance so we know this would work well. I attached an install video for more info as well.
