I reached out to my contact at Lippert and based on the information you provide your axle has an axle rating of 5200lb, measures 86-1/2" hub face to hub face, 68-1/2" spring center to spring center, has the springs installed above the axle, and uses the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern.

For a replacement Dexter axle we have the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles - 86-1/2" Long - 5,200 lbs # 8327816 or the # 8327816-EB which already has the brakes and hub and drum assemblies installed with the same 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. Both of these axles have the same 86-1/2" hub face to hub face measurement, but you will need to remove the pre-installed spring seats and have the # TRSS300 welded on the top of the axle with the correct 68-1/2" spacing to match your current axle.

Both axles uses inner bearing # 25580 and outer bearing # LM67048, so if you needed idler hubs instead you would want the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 5,200-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 6 on 5-1/2 # 8-213-5UC1-EZ.

I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
