I would be happy to help you find the correct weight distribution system for towing your travel trailer with your 2005 Nissan Pathfinder, but you will need to confirm the total tongue weight of your setup before purchasing.

Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your vehicle. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale like the # e99044, but there are other methods as shown in the included help article.

Trailers typically have a tongue weight that is 10-15% of the trailer weight, so if your trailer was loaded to the GVWR of 5250lbs your tongue weight would be between 525-787lbs.

A great weight distribution system for this range is the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 8,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW # FA92-00-0800 that works with total tongue weights ranging from 400-800lbs which would more than likely be just right for your setup. The # FA92-00-0800 is a great system for the price due to it being made of quality components, and the built in 2-point sway control that will help to keep your trailer going straight when towing it down the highway.

I included a video of the # FA92-00-0800 for you to take a look at.
