How to Mount the Rhino-Rack Fishing Rod Carrier to the Pioneer Platform Rack

Hi Etrailer. Is the Rhino-Rack Fishing Rod Carrier - Locking - 5 Fishing Rods Item # RR573F compatible with all Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform racks and how would it be mounted. Thank you

The Rhino-Rack Fishing Rod Carrier # RR573F is definitely compatible with the Pioneer Platform Racks. There are two ways that you can mount the fishing rod carrier.
The first way is to mount a set of accessory bars # RR43138B to the platform and mount the carrier to the bars. This would be beneficial if you had other accessories that also required cross bars for mounting.
The other option, which is the way that I would go, is to use #RR43159 to mount the carries at an angle on the edge of your Pioneer rack. There's two benefits of installing them with the brackets. The first is that they are nice and easy to load and unload. The second is that you are not going to take up hardly any of your platform. This will allow you to load more accessories on the platform.
