There are a few options depending if your 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe LS came with a factory 7-way connector or not.
If your Tahoe did come with a 7-way connector I recommend the Replacement Custom Multi-Tow 7-Way and 4-Way Trailer Connectors # 30955 which will replace your current 7-way connector with both a 7-way and 4-way connector and will not require any splicing.
If your Tahoe did not come with a factory 7-way connector the only option to add a 4-way flat is by using splice in style connector like the Curt Upgraded Circuit Protected Powered Tail Light Converter w Hardwire Kit and Tester - 4-Pole Flat # C59496. You can also use the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144 and # C57202 to mount the connector to your trailer hitch receiver.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
