Inverter For Solar Panels For Home Application
Question:
I have a 4 Prong generator plug that attaches to my transfer switch to my home so that I can plug my generator into my home when it is needed. I am thinking about getting solar panels to charge a battery bank to run an inverter for emergency use as well. Do you have an inverter that I can attach to this 4 prong outlet so that I can power sections of my house when not running the generator?

While we do have inverters, there are none which will allow you to attach your 4-prong generator plug; you would need to wire from a battery bank to the inverter, and then to your home's wiring. The correct inverter would depend on the wattage you need.
For example, for a 3,000 watt inverter you would use the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter - 3,000 Watt - 12V # 34278157 with the Remote for Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter # 34279999 and Installation Kit for Go Power Inverters - 400 Amp Fuse # 342GPDCKIT5.
This would be the only option available, and I have added links below to video reviews, as well as a link to our selection of inverters for you to take a look at, which have different power capacities.
