Which Dexter Over/Under Conversion Lift Kit Can I Use On My Trailer
Question:
I want to lift my little guy mini max trailer. How many inches can I lift it? Would like to lift as much as possible to increase my clearance as it sits low. I do not have the rough rider package. What info do I need to get the correct lift kit from you? What would the cost be of the kit? Thank you

You can use a kit like the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 (for 2-3/8" diameter/3500-lbs axles) or the # K71-385-00 (3" diameter/5000 to 7000-lbs axles) as long as your leaf springs are currently mounted to the under side of your axles. This is an easy solution that will give you a lift equivalent to the diameter of the axle plus the height of the leaf spring pack. The cost of this kit is available on the product page.
You'll want to check the axle of your trailer to determine what the capacity of it is, which usually is a good indicator of the diameter. If you can let me know what the specs on it are, I can confirm whether or not this will work for you and what other options might be available if it won't.
