The company had exactly what I needed and Stacey, the lady who helped me was fantastic. She worked with me to get the correct replacement keys so I could unlock my snowmobile trailer. I had lost my keys and I was in a panic to find a replacement key. I will be contacting Stacey of ETRAILER again soon as I have additional items that I am trying to find. These replacement keys were absolutely perfect. They're made from a sturdy metal that doesn't bend or twist easily; which I truly appreciate.
Key works great.
I had my trailer worked on and after I got it homeand winterized I couldn't places wanted to charge me $9 to $12 each for the two keys. I was able to get them from etrailer.com for 30%-505 LESS and quickly.
Oh, of course two days before I received the keys I found them in th epocket of a raincoat. It's always good to have spares. LOL
