Panel/Charger that Covers Charging Battery and Providing AC and DC Power

I have a living quarters horse trailer with a breaker box wired to a shore power switch and a marine battery switch. The shore power runs my ac and everything else runs off my battery. How to I wire a battery charger to shore power so my battery charges while connected to shore power?

The easiest solution would be with a replacement fuse panel like the # PD4135K which covers both the AC power, DC power and can charge a battery. It can charge both Lithium and Lead Acid batteries too.
