Stability of 12V Output on Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center
Question:
Do these converter units regulate the voltage on the 12v outputs, meaning that even during higher charging voltage states the output to devices remains around 12v? If not is there any device that does?

What I think you are asking is if the DC output voltage is stable regardless of the battery charger operation. Yes, it is. When you plug in to shore power and the smart charger on the Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger, # PD4135K begins to apply a charge to your battery bank, that voltage will fluctuate depending on needs of battery bank. However, that will not effect the 12V outlet power side, providing you have stable input from shore power connection of course.
