For your 1997 Ford E-450 Motorhome you could use SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs Front Axle # SSF-106-47 as they are confirmed to fit. However, this setup has a 1,000lb weight capacity and is meant for light duty applications. For your motorhome I think the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TFEF350UH will be a much better option. This is a heavy duty setup that is rated at 6,000lbs.

For the rear suspension you could go with Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFERSDLB if you plan to have a lot of weight on the back of your motorhome as this is rated for 12,000lbs and is likely more than you will need. If you don't plan to have a lot of weight on the back then you can just use Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFERSD which is rated for 5,600lbs and will be more than enough for typical use.

All of the suspension enhancement parts listed above are considered jounce springs which replace the factory bumps stops and assist the factory suspension; they do not replace the factory suspension. These do not require any drilling and will install very simply. Jounce springs will reduce sag when weight is added and will improve overall braking, handling, along with reducing body roll on turns. I have attached demonstration videos for you to check out.
