For your 2019 Toyota RAV4 I recommend the Thule T2 Pro XTB Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # TH83JV which will accommodate two bikes weighing up to 60lbs each with tires up to 5" wide which is perfect for your two 50lb electric bikes.
We had a chance to install the # TH83JV on a 2017 RAV4 and really liked the tilting feature that allows you to access the rear cargo area with the bikes loaded, and that if in the future you need to carry two more bikes you can add the 2 Bike Add-On # TH9036XT which converts the rack to a 4 bike rack with a 160 lbs weight capacity.
The # TH83JV does require a 2" trailer hitch receiver so if your RAV4 does not have one I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13416.
