I'd be happy to help you with that.
The # TC3229S chains from Titan are a fit for your tires, but since your tires are quite a bit wider than any of available stock tire sizes, I'd be concerned about clearance between the tire and brake/suspension components located just inboard of the wheels. In the owner's manual, FCA states that the some of the wider stock tire sizes would need to use Class S chains for maximum clearance to the inside of the wheel. It's recommended that chains only be installed on the rear wheels.
I'd recommend checking with your Jeep dealer and get their advice regarding using chains on your tire size. I'd almost be willing to bet that if they give you the thumbs up, they'll recommend a Class S chain. If that's the case, I'd recommend the Titan Alloy Diamond Pattern chains, part # TC2327. The diamond pattern means that more of the chain will stay in contact with the road for greater lateral stability and a smoother ride.
I've linked to an install/demonstration video featuring the Titan # TC2327 chains.
