I may have a solution for you, but it looks like the mirrors on the F-150 from 2020 to 2021 have changed. Because of this, everyone is scrambling to get new mirrors designed; things being shut down because of the pandemic has created another element of difficulty with production and design. For this reason there aren't going to be any snap on mirrors available for the 2021 Ford F-150 quite yet (February 2021).
However, you can use a universal strap on mirror like the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Qty 2 # KS3891-2 as long as your mirrors are between 4-1/2" to 11-1/2" tall. These mirrors would be a good, relatively inexpensive solution to allow you to get some nice towing mirrors to hold you off until the snap on ones are available. These K-Source mirrors do a great job at limiting vibration and the ratcheting straps provide a secure connection to your factory mirrors.
I've linked some review and road test videos of these mirrors for you to check out.
