Hi, I am interested in purchasing a Blue Ox Sway Pro weight distribution hitch/bars but wasnt sure what size model I needed. I have a 2019 Viking 17FQS travel trailer. Unloaded weight 3277 lbs cargo 1003 lbs = 4280? with dry 370 lb hitch weight, Thank you!

We can get your 2019 Viking 17FQS travel trailer with about a 4,280 lb GVWR set up with the right Blue Ox SwayPro, which is simply determined by the tongue weight. Since the tongue weight is going to be somewhere in the range of 10 percent to 12 percent of the GVWR, we know that the correct SwayPro will be the following:

This hitch is rated for use with tongue weights that range between 350 lbs and 550 lbs, so it is going to be perfect for your Viking 17FQS. The SwayPro is a really nice choice because of its superb sway control at four different points (two on the head unit and at the spring bars), and because it is much easier to set up and maintain than similar systems.

The only thing you will need is a compatible hitch ball, which will depend on the size of your trailer's coupler; either the 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # 63847 or 2" Hitch Ball # 63845.
