Thule and Rhino-Rack both make high quality roof racks that are confirmed to fit your 2020 Ford F-150 Super Crew. While the Rhino-Rack crossbars are nice, I recommend going with Thule.

The Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars come in silver # TH711500 or black # TH711520. These are very quiet aero-style crossbars that are composed of lightweight rustproof aluminum. The Thule crossbars are known to be of higher quality all-around when compared to other crossbars. These have a weight capacity of 220lbs and are 60" long. A nice feature that this setup offers is the split-design weather seal on the top of the crossbars. This design allows for accessories to be mounted with the seal in place, and the seal strip will actually seal around the accessory's T bolt, blocking out any dirt or debris. Locks are not included, but you can easily add lock cores to your crossbars using # TH450400. You will also need Evo Clamp Feet # TH710501 and Fit Kit # TH145177 to install these crossbars.

If you do not already have a bike rack, I highly recommend going with the Thule ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack # TH598004. This can clamp onto the aero crossbars, or utilize the channel/track that the crossbars mentioned above have. It has a weight capacity of 45 lbs and only weighs 9.9 lbs.

For a protective roof mat, I would go with Rightline Non-Skid Roof Pad for Cargo Carrier Bag # RL100650. It is a good idea to check the owner's manual to find out the weight capacity of your vehicle's roof. Also keep in mind that you may or may not be able to function your sunroof with roof racks and accessories installed. I have attached helpful installation/demonstration videos.
