The Dexter 8-219 is actually a hub part number I believe, but it corresponds to 12" drums. That would mean that the Replacement Shoe and Lining Kit for 12" Manual-Adjust Brake Assembly - 5,200 lbs to 7,000 lbs # AKBRKR-S-12 would be the correct replacement brake shoe and pad for your 12" x 2" Dexter brakes rated for 5200-lbs to 7000-lbs axles.
If you have a different size brake when you pull off the drums, just let me know and I can see which part might work better.
