Will Trac Rack SR Work On 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 with BAKFlip MX4

Question:

I have a 2019 GMC Sierra with a back flip MX4 tonneau cover. Will the Trac Rack SR system work with this cover? Will I be able to open and close the tonneau cover. I realize it might hit the crossbars but I’m more concerned with the side rails.
