I'm sorry to hear that your mobile home axle broke!

The reason that the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles # 8327834 has a 5 bolt brake mounting flange, is because it is over 5200lbs.

Since your axle has a 4 bolt brake mounting flange, you will want to stick with an axle under 5200lbs like the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with EZ-Lube Spindles # T3584F-EZ-8974 which has a 3500lb axle rating, and the 4 bolt flange. This axle measures 89" from hub face to hub face, and 74" from spring center to spring center as shown in the included diagram, so you will need to measure your current axle in the same manner to confirm the fit.

Another option that does not require measuring is going with an axle-less suspension like the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR3500S05 which also has a 3500lb axle rating, and the 4 bolt mounting flange, but will bolt directly to the frame of your trailer. This option also replaces your leaf springs, as the # ASR3500S05 has built in AEON progressive-rate main springs.

I included videos to each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
