I spoke with Dexter and the Airstream Flying Cloud 30RBT uses a Dexter Torflex #11 Axle so you need the Torflex Lift Kit part # K71-724-02.

I have found a solution for you. The Dexter Torflex Lift Kit for Tandem Axle, #K71-725-02, will give you 3-1/8 inches of lift. This lift kit raises the frame of the trailer and is compatible with side-mounted 5,500 -7,000 lbs #12 Torflex axles.
