I may have a solution for you, but it doesn't look like there is a stock axle that meets those specs; the closest thing I'm seeing in Dexter's stock axles has a 71-1/2" spring center measurement and 86" hub to hub. If you think it's possible your measurement is off 1/2" and don't mind having a little wider base on the trailer then you could use something like the # 8327816-EB. This is a complete axle system with hubs and brakes included and the EZ lube spindles make it easy to perform maintenance. There is not a galvanized steel axle available as a stock choice.

If a stock axle won't work, you would need to custom order your axle from a local Dexter dealer since they're most likely going to want to measure the axle themselves to ensure that you get exactly what you need- this would also likely give you the opportunity to get a galvanized axle as you're looking for.

I've linked a review video of this axle for you to have a look at.
