To get your 2013 Ford F-250 set up to be flat towed I recommend the following items:

The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Item # 4428-3. The base plate replaces your factory tow hooks and connects to the frame of the truck to provide a solid connection point for the tow bar.

Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar w/ LED Lights - RV Mount - 8K Item # RM-676. This tow bar comes with the safety cables and umbilical cord integrated into it so you don't have to worry about buying them separate. Each arm has an integrated LED light so the tow bar can be seen at night.

Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit Item # RM-154. This kit is designed to allow your light functions on the motor home to be transferred to the factory taillights on the truck so your legal and safe. The diodes protect the factory wiring from back feed if there is an issue between the two vehicles.

I also recommend adding RoadMaster 6-Wire Trailer Connector - Vehicle End Item # RM-910030-7 because the umbilical cord is a 7pole and 6 pole. This connector mounts to the front of the truck to provide a connection point for your umbilical cord.

The Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System - Proportional Item # BLU37TR. This braking system is easy to set up and use. The system sits in the floor board of the truck and applies the brake in proportion to the braking pressure in the RV. The System can also be used with multiple vehicles so if later on you decided to set up a different vehicle to be flat towed this system can be used in both vehicles.

I also recommend the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles Item # RM-156-25. Although this is not a required part I recommend it because the braking system requires a 12 volt plug to operate. Every time the brakes are applied the braking system draws power from the vehicles battery. This kit allows your vehicle battery to be charged while you are traveling so it's ready when you get to your destination.
