The trailer hitch that I recommend for a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe (All Models) is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98843 which features a simple bolt-on install with no cutting or drilling required. It has the very capable class III rating with 2" receiver tube opening. In regards to the trailer wiring, the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # CU94FR is what I recommend as it's plug-in-play. The etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900 can then be added for a complete towing setup.
