We do offer a stroller kit for your Thule Chariot.

You will need the Stroller Conversion Kit for Thule Child Carrier - 2006 and Newer # TH20100209 which includes two front wheels to replace your broken wheel, and will fit the 2006 and newer Thule Cheetah, Cougar, Corsaire, and Cabriolet.

The stroller conversion kit part #TH20100209 that you referenced does fit the Thule Sport Chariot series strollers like what you have so this would work well for you.
