SeaSucker Ski And Snowboard Carrier Mounted On Jeep Gladiator Roof
Question:
I am interested in the Seasucker ski rack and I have a jeep gladiator with the hard top. I cannot seem to find any information as to how well this rack works with a fiberglass top. Most people seem to mount them to metal roofs or the rear window glass. Will this rack work with my vehicle? Thanx.

If your vehicle has a smooth painted surface, or a open area to mount on glass, you can use the SeaSucker Ski and Snowboard Carrier Part # 298-SK2420. On some Jeep Gladiator roofs, the finish is black and textured and the carrier will not adhere with the suction cups to it. You will also need to check and see if your roof has the ridge channels. Even if it is a painted surface, these raised ridges could not allow the cups seat fully.
If you do happen to have the black textured roof, and/or the raised roof ridges, you are not out of luck.
