Where to Install a Kat's Heaters Custom Engine Block Heater on a 2005 Dodge Caravan

Replacing a block heater cord... mine was fraid on my 2005 dodge caravan Where does it plug into the motor?

Expert Reply:
We have two Kat's Heaters Custom Engine Block Heaters for your 2005 Dodge Caravan depending on the size of the engine.
If you have a 3.3L V6 Engine, then the correct part number for you is # KH11613.
If you have a 3.8L V6 Engine, then the correct part number for you is # KH11486.
We do not carry one for the 3.5L V6 Engine.
Both of the part numbers above will install in the same place. If you look at the diagram below, you will see the locations of your transverse engine. The proper placement is on the left side of the rear end of the engine. This is labeled RL (rear left) in the diagram.
