I looked up the installation instructions for your brake controller. I don't have a diagram, but I'd be happy to run through how the controller should be wired.

The green wire from the controller attaches to the cold side of the brake stoplight switch, the white ground wire attaches to the negative battery terminal, the red wire supplies 12-volt power to the controller, and attaches to the positive battery terminal. The blue wire carries the brake controller output. Connecting the orange wire is optional, according to the manufacturer. It would also attach to the stoplight switch like the green wire, and is supposed to stop the trailer brakes from operating along with the vehicle brakes when the vehicle is in reverse. The black wire is intended to be attached into one of the dashboard light circuits (also optional, according to the manufacturer.)

The easiest way to wire the controller would be to use an aftermarket wiring harness, part # 3035-S, which would plug into the gray factory connector located above and to the right of the OBDII port as shown in the provided photo. Other than wiring the controller to the wiring harness, it's a plug and play installation which uses the factory tow package connector under the dash.

The green and orange wire (if you care to use it) would attach to the red wire on the harness. The white wire on the controller attaches to the white wire on the harness, the blue wire on the controller attaches to the blue harness wire, and the red controller attaches to the black wire on the harness. If you care to use the illumination feature your controller offers, you can run that black wire to an available dash light circuit.
