What is the Distance From the Hitch Pin Hole to the Bumper with Draw-Tite 24915 on 2014 Kia Soul
Question:
I could not find where to ask a Product information question on the QandA for a product so I thought I would ask here and possibly you can forward to the right person. I plan to purchase a hitch and bike rack as a gift. The vehicle is a 2014 Kia Soul. I will purchase the Drawtite # 24915. If I purchase the Yakima RidgeBack Bike rack #Y02457, will it fit the rack and do you know if it will clear the rear bumper of the Kia? I can not measure as the vehicle is 1300 miles away. I know the Thule Th912XTR will fit, but it is a bit too pricy. Also, if you can suggest a locking anti-rattle hitch pin for the Curt C18029 that would be helpful. Thank you.

When installed on a 2014 Kia Soul, the Draw-Tite # 24915 will have roughly 5-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper. The Yakima RidgeBack # Y02457 has 9-1/2" from the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack, so it will work just fine for you and allow the recipient of this great gift to carry 2 bikes on their new hitch.
I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to have a look at, as well.
