What is the Size Difference Between a 205/70/15 Tire and a 205/75/15 Tire

my trailer has 205/70 D-15 tires on it can i use a 205/75D15 as a spare

Because there is almost a full 1" of height difference between a 205/70/15 tire and a 205/75/15 tire like the Provider # TR20515D, you won't want to use it as a spare and will want to use a matching spare. If you can't find a matching spare you may want to consider upgrading all of your tires to a matching set- those Provider # TR20515D are a great, low-cost option that provide you with a durable tire with a 2150-lbs per tire capacity. These are great for utility trailers or small campers and have an M speed rating (81 mph) so they're great for highway travel.
