Demco Auto Slide Towing Setup for 2020 Ford F-150
Question:
I need assistance in choosing a 5th wheel hitch for a 2020 Ford F150 with a 5-1/2 ft bed. I am interested in a Demco self adjusting model above bed mount. I would like know what model you carry and all required parts needed for the installation.

The Demco Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550040 has an extra-long travel that is designed and makes it perfect for your 5-1/2 ft truck bed. This Hijacker has a towing capacity of 13,000 lbs. I really like this hitch because it makes it so easy to tow with a really short bed truck. You don't have to swap out your trailer's pin box for a sidewinder in order to make sure you have turning clearance, the hitch takes care of turning clearance for you.
In order to attach the Hijacker to your truck, you will need a set of above bed hitch rails. I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit with Base Rails # RP56034-53 because it is a custom fit design for your 2020 F-150 and the outboard design is easier to install than the more traditional inboard design.
