Recommended Trailer Hitch and 2-Bike Rack for a 2018 Honda Accord
Question:
I have a 2018 Honda Accord. I need to add a hitch and purchase a bike rack for two bikes. I have one step-through ebike about 50 pounds with the possibility of a second ebike in the future. I am 73 years old, so something not requiring heavy lifting is desirable. What would you recommend? Thanks.

The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2018 Honda Accord is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11525 because it providesa great finished install look and good ground clearance. Then for a bike rack, the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes part # TH903202 checks all the boxes in that it is class I hitch compatible, has a ramp for easy loading, 65 lb per bike weight capacity, and accommodates bikes with drop-tube frame. I can't think of a better combo for this vehicle for what you need.
