Im looking for 2, 20.5x8.0-10 white rims for my pontoon trailer with a 5 1/2 bolt pattern, with a 4 hole in the center of the rim, what part number do I need

The Steel Solid Center Trailer Wheel part # AM20053 is what you are after. It is 10" in diameter and 6" wide. It also has the 5 on 5.5" stud pattern you are looking for with the 4" center hole.
