I have a solution but not one that will fit that exact hole size. I recommend using the Bauer Products Motorhome Door Lock part # BA64FR. It requires a 5-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" tall opening. You can simply enlarge to hole 3/8" on the side away from the latch and you will be in good shape.
I do not have a silver or chrome option available.
