With the RAS installed, is there any issue with continuing to use a weight-distribution hitch?

You will absolutely still be able to use a weight distribution hitch when towing with your 2018 Ford F-150 after installing the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-YHD.
The RAS will provide your truck with a significant upgrade in its handling and combining it with a weight distribution will get you a smooth and comfortable ride. If you do not have a weight distribution hitch I have added a link below to our selection for you to check out.
