If you'd like to run your AC-powered appliances from your DC battery, then you need an inverter that will convert the direct current into an alternating current. The 7-way won't power the AC appliances directly; the inverter will take the power from your RV battery.
I recommend the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter, part # 34279950. It's good for sensitive electronics like HDTVs. It also includes LED indicators to show levels and fault conditions.
To ensure you don't completely drain your DC battery, then you can supplement the charge from your 7-way with a solar panel like the Go Power Portable Solar System, part # 34282610. That way, you won't have to have your car running to charge your RV battery. I've linked to a video review of this system for your consideration.
