What is the right hitch for this application. Is the hitch easy to remove with the factory prep or are rails better for removing when not needed? Never used a factory prepped truck...

For your 2020 Ford F-450 Super duty, 8ft bed, with the OEM Prep package, I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs
Item # BWRVK3305. Having a factory prep package does make it easier to remove the hitch when it's not being used. With this hitch the head can be removed from the uprights by removing two pins and the base can be removed from the bed by simply twisting the handles. This makes it easy for one person to remove.
The hitch has a dual jaw design with 360-degree jaw-to-king-pin contact which minimizes rattling. Head pivots front to back and sided to side for uneven terrain when towing, connecting and disconnecting the camper. You can change the sides the uprights are mounted to gain 2" extra cab clearance if necessary. It also offers a 2" height adjustment which provides additional clearance between the bed rails and the bottom nose of the camper.
