Are Frame Cradles of Thule Camber Bike Rack # TH9058 Designed to Move

Question:

I just installed the Thule 912xt I purchased from you. The bike cradles seem to be installed 90degrees from what they should be. The portions that should cradle the bike bar are on the inside of the arms inside of on the top, and the bott9m cradle bars are on the outsides of the arms not the bottom so I can’t correctly install the anti sway cages. I don’t see any way to rotate them. Help! I don’t see a way to send you a photo.

The frame cradles on the Thule Camber part # TH9058 do fit pretty tight to the arms of the rack but they are designed to be twisted and moved to best accommodate the bikes.

They are designed to fit tightly so that they don't move while your bike is loaded.
