The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle Item # F2250 are compatible with your 2008 GMC Sierra 2500. Having a lift does require spacers to install air bags. If you have a 7" lift on your truck in reality it may only be lifting the back of the truck 6" while the front is actually at 7". To determine the correct spacer needed you need to measure the distance between the top of your lower jounce bumper contact plate on your axle and the bottom of your upper jounce bumper bracket where the air bag bracket will mount. Here is a chart to help you determine the correct spacer you will need.

6-1/2" - 7-1/2" - Lift Spacer # F2536
7-1/2" - 8-1/2" - Lift Spacer # F2366
8-1/2" - 9-1/2" - Lift Spacer # F2367
9-1/2" - 10-1/2" - Lift Spacer # F2370
11-1/2" - 12-1/2" - Lift Spacer # F2374

For instance if the distance measures 11-1/2" to 12-1/2" you need F2374. If the measurement is more than 12-1/2" unfortunately there is not a spacer kit available.
