Great question! The Husky Center Line Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - Trunnion - 6,000 lbs GTW, 600 lbs TW is not compatible with a straight tongue beam. For your trailer I recommend the Reese Pole-Tongue Adapter for Weight Distribution Systems - 7,500 lbs GTW, 750 lbs TW Item # RP3280. This adapter is designed for individuals that want to use weight distribution with straight beam tongues. It does require a weight distribution system that clamps on the top of frame. I recommend the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - Clamp On - 7,500 lbs GTW, 750 lbs TW Item # BXW0756. is designed to be used with both electric and surge brake set ups. This hitch does not come with a ball. I recommend a 2-5/16" Hitch Ball - 1-1/4" Diameter x 2-3/4" Long Shank - Chrome - 12,000 lbs Item # 19286
