Which Transmission Cooler for 2005 Nissan Frontier
Question:
Is this transmission cooler i.e., part #13611 a good choice for a 2005 Nissan Frontier?

Expert Reply:
The best place to install a transmission cooler is directly behind the grille, in front of the radiator and A/C condenser.
We recommend choosing the largest cooler that will fit in the space available, so you will need to measure to see how much room you have. You cannot over cool a transmission.
The # D13503, which measures 11x8-3/4x7/8 inches is what I would recommend, assuming that there is enough room behind the grille. You might need to remove the grill and front bumper cover in order to gain full access to the mounting area.
This is not to say that the # D13611 you mentioned would not work, but the larger cooler would provide more cooling for you.
