Hi will this bike rack fit a 2008 sprinter which has a rhino ladder.

The Thule Elite Van XT 2 Bike Rack for Sprinter Rear Door part # TH302043 which you can see in the attached photo mounts directly to the rear passenger side swing-out door. If the ladder you are using mounts on this side then it would need to be removed but if it mounts on the driver side swing-out door it should be fine.

I attached a picture of what the Elite Van XT 2 Bike Rack for Sprinter Rear Door #TH302043 will look when installed and with bikes loaded. It would clear the ladder on your vehicle but would make it more or less inaccessible.
