Yes, the Inno Tire Hold II Roof Bike Rack # INA389 will fit the Thule AeroBlade because they will clamp around the Aero style bars. The Inno Tire Hold II will also work with Aero Bars, Elliptical Bars, Round Bars, Square Bars and most Factory Bars. The Maximum crossbar dimensions: 3-1/2" wide x 2" tall.
