Where to Find Install Port on 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee for Installing Brake Controller
Question:
Checked under dash on left side behind cover and could not locate wiring harness receptacle. Vehicle has factory installed 7-way. Would like to locate before ordering Tekonsha 90195. Thank you

I have an install video linked on this page that shows the Prodigy P3 part # 90195 installed in a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee very similar to your 2016 model that will show you exactly where you'll find the install harness. I also attached a link to a 2014 model install video as well. If you skip ahead to the 3:00 minute you'll see where to look. It can be buried behind the wiring there so you'll most likely need to continue looking where you already tried but go a little deeper.
