I have an underbed fifth wheel hitch solution for your 2020 Ram 3500 long bed that will allow you to use your Reese 20k fifth wheel hitch. For the underbed rail kit you'd first want the B and W rail kit # BWGNRK1320-5W and then you'd use the Curt X5 adapter part # 16310 to convert that to a rail kit that your Reese hitch will fit.
The Reese rail kit you referenced would not fit your truck.
