Galvanized Wheel and Tire With 6 on 5-1/2 Inch Bolt Pattern
Question:
Hi, I currently have a 1988 EZ Loader 3500 boat trailer with 16.5 in 6 lug 5.5 rim on my trailer, they are super hard to find and I did get one from you ordered on March 23 I believe. Anyway, I had a tire put on it and then put it on my boat trailer and the rim is defective, it wobbles because the the spoked part of the rim wasnt centered properly when made. Poor quality if you ask me!!!! Really not happy with this and in the middle of boating season too. I have a video if you want to see. Anyway, Im done with 16.5 rims, they are too hard to find, none are galvanized and the quality of the one you sold me is poor. Im looking for another option for rims and tires and the clearance on my present set up with 8.75 16.5 tires i really tight so I need something of the same total diameter or just a bit less, but no bigger. Must be galvanized too and hopefully the quality is better than the last rim you sold me.

You can go to a smaller wheel and tire, and the smallest option we have for a galvanized wheel with a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern and trailer tire is the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" Galvanized Wheel # AM32666.
So you will want to take a quick measurement just to verify but this should be perfect for the space you have.
This wheel and tire combo has an 8.9" width and 28.4" total diameter and is a very high quality wheel that is galvanized like you were looking for to prevent rust for a boat trailer. For lug nuts you can use the stainless steel Lionshead Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # LHLR103.
I have added a link to a video review for you as well of the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" Galvanized Wheel # AM32666.
