We very likely have electric brakes that will work for you, but 10 inch wheels are normally reserved for hub and drums with smaller capacities such as the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles # 8-257-5UC3.

In order to determine the electric brakes that will work for you, you need to know your axle capacity but also the brake's mounting flange bolt pattern and the inside diameter and depth of your drum. For example, the aforementioned drum is 7" x 1-1/4".

You will need a 4-bolt mounting flange like # 4-35, and the electric brakes that work with 10 inch wheels and a 7" x 1-1/4" drum are the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-2.

These brakes require Mounting Hardware # BRKH7.

For a 3,500 lb axle, electric brakes will only work with wheels that are 14" to 15" which are for 10" diameter x 2-1/4" wide hub and drums like part # 84546UC3.

If you meant you have a 10" diameter hub and drum as opposed to wheel and your drum is 10" diameter x 2-1/4" wide then the correct electric brakes are Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA.

To install these you will need Mounting Hardware # BRKH10B.

I have added links to some video reviews as well as a help article I recommend checking out on what is needed for electric brakes.
