Front Mounted Hitch Receiver Compatible with 1999 Ford F-350 2WD
Question:
After reading the instructions, they reference leaf spring brackets for the front axle of a 4x4 as an attachment point. Am I correct in assuming this product will not work on a two wheel drive 1999 F350? Please advise!

The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # C31014 will fit your 1999 Ford F-250 2WD if it has a blocker beam, which will be removed for installation. Blocker beam is a small sub-bumper located behind the air dam.
If you don't have the blocker beam, then you will use the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 31114. This hitch will not work on vehicles that have the blocker beam. This hitch requires relocating the factory fog lights which the other hitch does not.
