Speed Rating of Trailer Tire and Wheel # AM32156

The specs say this items has an M speed rating 81MPH but I thought i saw it had a 65MPH rating. Which is it?

At one point the speed rating for the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire with 14" Galvanized Wheel # AM32156 was rated for only 65 MPH but currently it's rated for 81 MPH.

100/96 is the "load rating" and M is the speed rating which means 81 mph. 96 load rating means 1,570 lbs and 100 load rating is 1,800 lbs.
