Wondering if you could put a complete flat towing package together for me using the blue ox base plate bx1689 blue ox tow bar bx7380 demco stay in play brake # sm99251 plus whatever else is suggested looking for stock items Thank you

I'd be happy to help you put together the rest of the parts needed for your 2015 Chevy Equinox, and you are most of the way there with what you have right now:
- Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1689
- Blue Ox Alpha 2 Tow Bar # BX7380
- Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251
Since this tow bar comes with safety chains, the only other parts you'll need are a wiring kit, fuse bypass, and likely a high-low adapter.

- Fuse Bypass (4-Cylinder Engine): Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass Switch # RM-76517
